These terms govern your use of LastCall, operated by GV Digital Labs LLC("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.
What LastCall is
LastCall is a community guide to happy-hour and drink/food deals in Miami. Deal information is crowd-sourced and AI-extracted from user-submitted photos, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always confirm prices, times, and availability with the venue. We are not responsible for deals honored or not honored by any venue.
Your responsibilities
- You must be of legal drinking age to use LastCall.
- Only submit photos you have the right to share, and accurate information.
- Don't misuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Drink responsibly.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve LastCall. You're responsible for what you submit.
Venue & third-party data
Venue identity and ratings come from third parties (e.g. Google). Their marks belong to them; their inclusion is not an endorsement of LastCall by them.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GV Digital Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of LastCall.
