LastCall is operated by GV Digital Labs LLC("we", "us"), based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the LastCall website or app, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Location — your approximate location (with your permission) to show happy hours near you. You can use the app without it (we default to Brickell).
- Photos you submit — menu photos you take or upload, and the structured deal data extracted from them.
- Account info — if you sign in, your authentication details are handled by our provider (Clerk). Otherwise we use an anonymous device identifier.
- Activity — deals you view, swipe, save, confirm, or share, used to personalize your recommendations.
How we use it
- To show and rank happy-hour deals relevant to you.
- To power the swipe/Discover personalization engine.
- To maintain data quality (freshness, confirmations, flags).
- To improve and secure the service.
We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party services
We rely on these processors, each with their own privacy terms:
- Supabase — database, storage, and serverless functions.
- Vercel — website/app hosting.
- Google Maps Platform — maps and place data.
- Google Gemini — menu photo understanding (extraction).
- Clerk — authentication (only if you sign in).
Your choices
You can deny or revoke location and camera permissions in your device settings. You can request deletion of your account data or submitted content by emailing us. We retain raw submissions to maintain deal accuracy; aggregated/anonymized data may be kept.
Children
LastCall is intended for users of legal drinking age. It is not directed to children under 13.
